I was charged for a membership that I didn't want I asked for a refund which they charged me 2 days ago. I was given back half the amount because 2 days passed and I am now calling. This is horrible and ridiculous that they keep half the amount when I didn't even use their damn resumes. I paid to get this resume for one week only and now I have been charged and cannot even get my full refund back. Horrible company horrible service. I would not recommend this site to anyone especially if you just need a resume for the time being and not on the long run. Half back for 2 days!

When you sign up for our 14-day trial, you’re automatically enrolled in our monthly subscription service, which we let you know at this stage that you may cancel at any time. Also, when we request your credit card information, we clearly explain that unless you self-cancel or request a cancellation before the end of your trial you authorize us to charge your credit card every four weeks at the regular price of the subscription.
As for the refund policy, we do not process any refunds on recurring charges as stated on our Terms and Conditions page.
