Unscrupulous company. Posts so called available positions in order to "interview" candidates, when in fact, its obviously the sham the corporate world calls "free consulting."
They ask you specific questions and record your results. No behavior based questions at all. Then you take a ridiculous personality assessment and when you ask about the results of course they will get back to you in a couple of days... lol
Stay away from these crooks.

This was absolutely the worst company i have ever worked for. Its dangerous, filthy, and full of confusion. Its too top heavy with people with huge titles that have no people who work for them. HR is a gossip house, they help file false claims. Theres absolutely no safety in the manufacturing plant. The company is racist. Also, dont get sick, as they will fire you instead of covering you through medical insurance. If they really want to get rid of someone, they will fire them for sexual harassment on unproven charges.
Absolutely stay away from this joke of company unless you like being backstabbed, pulled into nonsense or being abused.

At once, dare i say, glassdoor was a legitimate company reviewing website. I had, (with emphasis on HAD) an account on their going back many, many, many years giving open and completely honest reviews of companies, especially when it came to interviews. My review were in depth with many "help" tagged.
So i login yesterday to yet again, review another company jerking candidates around to find that ALL OF MY REVIEWS HAVE BEEN DELETED.

There is absolutely no EXPLANATION AS TO WHY.

All i can say is; GLASSDOOR IS ACCEPTING MONIES TO REMOVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

This company should be should down and investigated. And its a damn shame too, as once, they were actually providing a positive service.
