London Estate Agents Nobby Beach have a hidden $2000 payment for advertising when you sign to sell your home with them. Even if they don't sell your house, you will still be charged the $2000. They turned very aggressive once we chose to withdraw the property, using fowl language and personal insults to try and retain the listing.
