It is a shame that a once reputable company has now become a joke. In the past (a decade ago) if you had a problem with a purchase, or you just needed some technical advice, a helpful person answered their phone. Do yourself a favor and find another company to purchase your clock making parts from. The Chat is non-responsive as is their email. I wonder when I contest my charge for my latest purchase with American Express if I might hear from their customer service department? My automated response to my email was "Your ticket number is *******"
