Customer Service is dreadful; discounts and gift offers not provided, as stated online, text; rude, disrespectful company representatives; charge full price without discount on credit cards; Manager with authority to correct errors never available; deceptive and untrue statements made by company representatives regarding products, etc.; suggest another make up brand... you do not save... if discounted... with waste of time and money in attempting to get a fair trade.

Truth regarding the product and the company’ substandard customer service, disrespectful, rude, deceptive employees/agents regarding processing of order with advertised discounts and gift offers, poor management of operations of sales and service
