Cheaters! I have bought the diamond and ruby ring at their duty free shop at Munich airport. Ruby did crack in the middle the very second day. I had a conversation with manager and sent the ring for replacement to HQ in Brussels. Long e-mail and phone conversations with Indian origin manager. In the end they even did not customs clear my parcel and it was returned back. Lost money! After that they stopped responding at all.
I replaced the stone at my own cost at Jeweler factory and performed gemology expertise of the stones they had initially. It was a bad quality - not as was declared and Ruby was wrong cut (half the normal cut for that size -5x7 mm - 0.73 ct instead of 1.3 ct). Diamonds were not superb as well 4/6 clarity/color.
Would recommend to avoid this shop both in Brussels and in Munich airport at any cost!
