The last order I placed, the hair was so pretty but the lace frontal had a chunk cut and missing. I complained and received no help. I don't trust that this company will even give me my money back if I sent it back unfortunately. So I'm kinda lost for what I should do.

Tip for consumers:
This company has poor customer service. They reply hours after you say something. Don’t waste your time and energy.
