As a dating site, Dreamonelove gets one star. As a place to chat with sexy camgirls, it gets two stars. If you are earnestly searching for the "love of your life," you will probably not find them on Dreamonelove. However, if you are just looking for some fun, and the chance to chat with someone, then Dreamonelove is not so bad. True. Like most Russian/Ukrainian/Eastern European dating sites (AnastasiaDate, GloriaBrides, FindBride, etc.) the VAST majority of profiles are fake in one way or another.
Either a fake profile using photos stolen from some model's Instagram page. (How is it possible that all women from that region are sex-crazed supermodels?) I have "met" professional models, Playboy Playmates, pageant winners, pop-stars, and TV personalities on the site. All of whom deny belonging to any dating site when you reach out and contact them directly via social media (VK, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Or, a profile of a real woman that uses real photos of a person who has no interest in dating and is only online to make money somehow. I have met multiple women on the site who have either turned out to be married/in relationships, and/or admitted that they are only on the site chatting with men as a source of income. (I recall connecting to one woman's webcam to chat only to see her rolling around in bed with her boyfriend.) Remember, just because the girls on the site have been "verified" by some agency or another, it is the "agency" that is hiring/paying these girls to spend all day chatting online.
However, unlike most of the other similar dating sites, Dreamonelove does have a LOT of women with functioning webcams. (See all the green camera icons in the screen grab below.) And, the site appears to provide very little oversight as to what content is broadcast. So, if you are looking for some fun and flirty chatting, sexting, or even full cam to cam hardcore sex show - as long as you find yourself with the right woman (See sample correspondence from girl on the site.) Dreamonelove can provide a cheaper alternative to other webcam sex sites like LiveJasmine or Chaturbate. (About $0.42 per minute for chat or $0.84 per minute for video chat. Way more affordable than $10 or more per minute on your "average" webcam site. FYI... GloriaBrides is slightly cheaper than Dreamonelove, but also has fewer girls with webcams. Which is strange. Since I think they are the same company.)
