Issues with my policy meant I was not insured, although paid for.
Letter from the police state I would be fined, possibly banned, points, and the car scrapped.
And with the car parked on a road uninsured and zero assistance, No choice but new policy elsewhere.
No emergency numbers, in fact only a claims line number, who would not help after 40 min wait.
Their only communication is via email which took almost 20 hours to respond.
Appalling support and service.
