As my title states... unbelievable how incompetent even my local office is. I gave them one last chance after getting shuffled around by Progressive/others, and they blew. Had to split a payment because of a billing error, and it took them almost 3 agents almost 45min. Including the one who setup my policy, to figure out what was going on instead of simply applying a stupid second payment in 20 minutes flat, so I could be on my way. The setup agent acting all confused as heck. Leaving me shaking my danged head.

It was GREAT UNTIL recently... suddenly NOTHING is streaming right anymore. EVERY show. Their "support" is a bull**** Contact us page that doesn't do crap. I am DONE WITH THEM.

Apparently they've abandoned ship as I finished my domain weeks ago, yet I get endless emails about "finalizing" the process with a premium membership that has been paid and done. No actual live chat support to look into this. Just an idiot BOT that goes nowhere. Feel ripped off, and not happy.

I gave it another shot, as I wanted to relaunch an old eCommerce store. Well...epic fail. I chose the Individual plan, as I wasn't ready for the Professional just yet. And STILL got the $39.95 monthly fee billing regardless. No matter where I back-tracked to change it. NO actual Support but an idiot ticket option that only spams your email with lame auto responses. Agreed, they fkn suck.

I totally gave it the benefit months back, when I created a Seller profile for my professional voiceover business. Figured make few side hustle dollars with a client or two... until I discovered its a total mess. I swear the MOD or what ghosted the platform over time, because half my profile was wrong or missing info. Had to dig and waste time editing that didn't take. Just site errors to 'try again later' bs. Then locating support also wasted time. I swear half the users are nothing more than fake profiles who claim $100K earnings probably copy pasted or embedded from some other site

Don't bother, it's an unattended mess

They are the dollar store of credit cards. I somehow received a Mastercard in my mail that I never ordered, nor activated. Yet somehow got billing statements with small charges I never made. Which was of course fraud. So I called their support about, and they were less then helpful. Promising they'd canceled the account, which never happened. Thus, followed by bogus 'past due' and collections notices from the clowns. Alongside incessant email and text alerts harassing me about 'problems with my account' that didn't exist.

Finally contacted the BBB and CFPB.

I gave them a shot as they're supposedly the hottest high octane platform right now. But they're utter garbage. Instead of a SIMPLE gaming master download install (like that of Big Fish, Gamehouse etc) You must first install the popup Chat/Queue, that may / or many not work. THEN visit their platform to runaround rinky dink steps for installing a Demo version that may or may not function. I installed Mortuary - and it froze twice, then lagged. Then ended it to discover that it was for Windows 7 "or newer"!

I started with the free trial, as a noob voice artist last year. Then downloaded maybe a half dozen clips and ambience for my commercial samples, before spending the few dollars on others. Now, they're barely worth it with jacked prices. Seriously, $16 for a similar ambience clip I bought for $2 then? Not happening. I'll go elsewhere.

DON'T BOTHER
There are literally better gaming platforms to use like Xbox, Gamehouse, Gamesradar, Hiddenobjectsgames etc.
Big Fish claims they upgraded for 2022 - but their platform hasn't. They're STILL showing troubleshoot pages for old Windows 98 and XP. Before you even reach the current Windows 10 or 11. I just lost 1990 credit points (equiv. 2 CE points) I could have used for another game purchase (my last) as the Cart just quit working. Nothing but 'sorry please come back later' errors when the checkout refreshed. My Windows 10 is a full-powered desktop/all updated-current. So that's not the issue. I looked on the support site for the manual download, and it was locked. No other answers. And barely an icon to file a useless ticket. I happily removed the payment from my account (oh yeah... and no option to unsubscribe or close your account anymore either)
I am SO done with them.

I just rejoined with a new email and profile setup after years of hiatus, to a ridiculously deadweight platform (truly) Somehow getting emails from the older inactive account, despite creating the new one. The link reopening that "defunct" account - requesting a password reset, which I obviously cannot do. And NO actual support available to fix this. Just a lame page of useless icons with canned irrelevant questions. No actual ticket you can file. Wow - for 2022 post-pandemic, they sure seemed a great worthy in reviving, for getting reconnected. *sigh*

Don't bother trying to place a pickup order. They either fired half their staff or they simply quit as I've ordered successfully in the past, but its been dog food for months. The app is a glitchy mess they don't bother to fix, on top of their inept and rude customer support who near cut you off, or practically hang up on you. Won't be surprised if they fold in a year or two

I USED to enjoy streaming a few shows I couldn't find anywhere else, like Prisoner Cell Block-H, and the FAME TV series. Until the obnoxious ads began interrupting all play. Right in the middle of a dialogue or a fight scene. Idiot popups ads ruining everything. Then if you attempted to back-track, you got ANOTHER obnoxious popup. It never used to be like this. I could watch a full streaming with 1 15-second ad as a commercial break. It's ridiculous. Then... somehow I got logged out. So I tried logging back in, and suddenly my password is bad, and the reset doesn't work. UGH!

Guitar Center used to be the top dog for band and studio equipment. Now they're nothing but suck rip-off artists. Quick to sell you the priciest item in stock. But if it goes bad or breaks down within the 14-day return... they blow you off like hot bread. I've been ripped off several times. And it's taken complaints to the BBB and their HQ, to get any response and resolution. Pathetic.

I've attempted to reinstate the app on different phones, over the past 4-5 years. With the SAME crap results. FLUNK.
Now, they require 'linking' with any store you shop, just to scan and/or redeem receipt points. Really? So now you cannot just simply
Scan your receipts like a normal app. Okay... well that doesn't work for me. Considering the 'linking' part doesn't actually work. Just spins into oblivion and then gives "sorry, we couldn't connect to that server right now" b. S. Total scam or plain buggy, which the developers don't bother to fix. Use Fetch Rewards or Receipt Hog instead.

I joined this site -with much hesitation- because I thought it would be an exponential to broaden my freelancing options. WRONG. I'd barely finished my profile when a 'Lucia' appeared in the message thingy, stating she was my "assigned" recruiter. Whatever the heck that meant. A recruiter on a freelancing site...? Okay... Then reposted me several of those 'welcome' messages, which were basically copy/paste nonsense.
Then daily spam emails to my inbox littering me with proposals that nowhere matched my profile, like software engineering and data science analyst. Even Upwork is better than that crap.

I remember when Backstage was THE foreground for entertainment and casting (before actors access et-el) Every actor, director etc. I knew used it. Now It since seems more a flop ground for low budget and volunteer projects no one wants. Why pay the 6 or 12 month membership fee for that? Makes no sense. I know that I've never gotten contacted for anything local whatnot, and I have the free profile. What happened to Backstage?

Please note that the reason you're receiving multiple emails and alerts for notices you are not interested in is because you've created multiple saved searches, some of which do not have the filters you want selected. Without specific filters like location and production type filtered out, you'll understandably receive notifications for every notice posted on Backstage.

If you look carefully at your screenshot, that email notification was for a saved search that you created named 'eaglegrad16'. I recommend deleting all of your saved searches and creating a brand new one that encompasses everything you're looking for. Freaking ridiculous bs. I've used them in the past but apparently they've sunk ship, and I'm going someplace else. Got all the way through to my W2's, and the page wouldn't allow me to progress, insisting on me entering my personal data again EVERY TIME. Chat isn't available unless you PAY a premium monthly. Screw the F out of that. BYE

They're no longer the main artery. Their website is garbage. They did away with systems (tech) so their app is useless, outside of making a simple shopping list. Items regularly show as out of stock or in-stock when they aren't. The poor workers get the earful when you can't find anything including a sale item. No option to leave a product review online. Digital coupons and mperks don't work or are down half the time. Place has gone downhill in a handbag.

Like others here, I opened an account over 2021 in GOOD STANDING. Payments ALWAYS on-time, no balance, no carryovers. Suddenly 2022/23 aliens have kidnapped them holding for ransom, because I underwent a lay-off but STILL managed to pay on my account. The Nov. Payment didn't credit due to a glitch... and they began tacking on late fees and recurring interest, which was BS. Calls to their CS relayed excuses that they 'couldn't excuse' glitches and other issues. The fees were my responsibility including the outrageous $400+ balance (I've NEVER gone over $250) I am DONE with them, and contacting the BBB
