Ordered pizzas. Got them today and packaging was horrible and 3 pizza's were smashed on one side. My mom ordered lobster rolls and soup. The buns were a joke about a inch wide. Wrote customer service and all Seth had to offer to me was it looks right in the pictures you sent. Buyer beware customer service doesn't care. Should of never strayed away from my taste of Chicago for my pizza's. Sad that between the two orders we spent over 200.00

We do acknowledge some things may get a little tussled in transit, which is normal for items going through the mail. All items in your orders were still in tact, cool to the touch and good to enjoy!
