I have been harassed for months in one of the games and they gave me nothing but boilerplate replies and refused to address harassers in violation of multiple terms of service.
After going through booking, got a call saying the airline had raised the price by over 30% and I would need to pay that much to get the ticket. Refused, and immediately booked through the airline which had not changed their price.
