Has not refunded me after 5 weeks of sending back an item for £250, they had a return slip which I used to send back the order. I have contacted them, but as of yet, they have not refunded me, and also they have said they don't have the box back. Now my last 3 contact messages are being ignored. I would not buy from this company again... no way...

Just a truly horrific company - currently can only assume this is a scam. The shoes never arrived...
