Lots of frustrating issues.

If you snooze this should pause your subscription too obviously.

Premium can see all matches so the other swiping side should be for new people.

Need a setting whereby if you are up for something casual, then in new city you shown people where you would normally not fit their distance filters. However if you aren't looking for something casual, then in new cities you should only be shown to those whose distance filter youd normally match. Too many "how far r away r u"!

Should be clear on the app when weekly benefits have renewed.

Finally its very easy to get banned by the tinder/match group because of baseless malicious reporting. Need a better appeals process. My friend got blocked by the group by someone on the app shed been seeing. Tinder very very unhelpful.

Do not insure with Aviva for car insurance. They are unable to process claims in a timely manner or consistently provide the courtesy car cover you pay extra for.

Even their chief executives office is under strain as their "Senior Management Complaints Specialists" haven't updated in weeks. Looking on this site, many are having the same issues as us so they are probably overwhelmed.

Aviva issues:
- problems organising a car tow to a garage
- unsure whether car is repairable
- no communication or updates
- awaiting pre-accident valuation pay out for 8.5 weeks
- hire agreement for courtesy car (we paid extra for) repeatedly terminated and we are left without a car. Hire agreements should be automatically linked to the claim, such that if the claim is ongoing the hire agreement continues
-repeatedly told claim will be completed within 3 to 5 working days

Please look for a better insurer. Or you'll be having to ask the ombudsman to intervene.

Cold callers visiting repeatedly - and even calling themselves moneysavingexpert to capitalise on an association with the famous Martin Lewis service. These cold callers are not offering a comparison service, they are selling whatever company is giving the most commission at the time and this changes every few months. They knock on vulnerable people in my street and try to upsell to expensive contracts unnecessarily. A lot of older people need the minimum speeds and don't need to spend £30 a month on internet.
