I placed my order on 9/20/2020. Per their website, my order should have been delivered within 3-5 business days. I made 4 phone calls, 2 of which I was told "call us if it's not received within 24 hours", my last phone call was unreturned and my email went unanswered. I was not able to cancel my order since, according to them, my order was shipped on 9/22/2020, and their website says that the customer has to pay for return shipping. So I had to continue to dodge the yellow jackets for 2 weeks instead of being able to buy something somewhere else. I finally received my order on 10/5/2020. I was never offered a refund or discount or even an apology! I will never use this website again!

I am so sorry to hear about this poor experience you have had with our company. I can assure you, we never intentionally ignore cancellation requests, especially since it is our policy to cover return shipment costs/fees if it is due to a failed cancellation.
