I placed my order on 9/20/2020. Per their website, my order should have been delivered within 3-5 business days. I made 4 phone calls, 2 of which I was told "call us if it's not received within 24 hours", my last phone call was unreturned and my email went unanswered. I was not able to cancel my order since, according to them, my order was shipped on 9/22/2020, and their website says that the customer has to pay for return shipping. So I had to continue to dodge the yellow jackets for 2 weeks instead of being able to buy something somewhere else. I finally received my order on 10/5/2020. I was never offered a refund or discount or even an apology! I will never use this website again!

I placed an order with this company and only a few hours later (after reading bad reviews) cancelled my order. They completely ignored my cancellation request and shipped my order days later. They tell you that you can return it but they don't tell you that you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of (they put you on hold for hours) and you don't get a response to your email that is not automated until after they ship your order. This company is a scam. What kind of company ignores a cancellation request prior to shipment so they can charge a restocking fee for a return? I will be refusing my package and I have disputed the payment with PayPal.

I am so sorry to hear about this poor experience you have had with our company. I can assure you, we never intentionally ignore cancellation requests, especially since it is our policy to cover return shipment costs/fees if it is due to a failed cancellation.

After MANY emails, 1 return and 3 fed ex trips to pick up my order, I STILL do not have what I ordered! I will NEVER order from this company again! I was told "A Manager made a substitution to your order, as is their right and job. I invite you to read the Terms and Conditions regarding substitutions on wineinsiders.com." RUDE! What company sends you whatever items they want to send you despite what you ordered?!
