Once you have bought the item thats where the customer service ends i purchased a pendant but it was not suitable so i returned it to the address on the invoice, after 2 weeks i contacted them via e-mail they said they had not received it back so i made a claim with royal mail another 2 weeks i finally got the parcel back from royal mail stating the address does not exhist so i contacted legends of avalon explaining this they sent an email saying it is now too late for a refund and they are unable to help me any further DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
