Guys, I want to tell you a story about a really bad customer experience.
My wife took my dog to Tail Waggers pet care on California st, for grooming, they told her it will be short, but failed to tell her they want to do
Medical shave, which was not needed according to the vet.
When we came to pick her up, we were in shock, how they made that decision without talking to us.

I sent a text and call, the owner called me back and offer me a refund - it was 99$ so not cheap.
I Waited a week, nothing happen, I sent a text again, no answer, I waited another week, nothing, I called and left a message and the day after
I received an angry call from the owner " i talked to my people, they did their job, you won't get a refund, that's it, don't call or text us again" and he hang up the phone in my face

Again I'm in shock, we can agree or disagree if they did something right or wrong, we can agree to disagree on a refund, but promise a refund do nothing, and call me
With such anger, switching your decision and hanging up in my face is unacceptable, that's not how a business should treat customers if they want to survive.

I will never go to these guys not for daycare not for grooming, I think such behavior needed harsh response from the market, I will execute such a response
By telling my story and of course, never give them a dime.

Ian renovate our shower, he has done a terrible job, his people broke the wall into our closet room with all our clothing, from the shower while installing a vanity without noticing or saying anything.
But that was a minor issue.
The shower was leaking from the beginning, into the basement, and he could not manage to fix it although he tried few times until we said enough is enough, he could not even figure out where the leak is coming from. He wanted to break the wall and look at all the pipes - the leak was in the threshold/liner around the floor. He left screws in the rubber that water went through them.

We fixed one issue (he agreed to pay half - at least that), and few months after that it started leaking again - apparently, he built the wooden based floor with holes in it, and did not think that it will be a problem, that water will find a way. This time it was via the drain, that was not built correctly.
Wooden floor with holes one of them at the same size and shape of the whole drain - yes two drain holes only one with a pipe and a cover that was not installed correctly.

I purchase a product (Bi-Pass Closet Track Kit, 72"L x 2-5/8"W) at zoro site, I wanted and finally, they sent me the wrong part (2"w not 2-5/8"W) of course that does not help me, so I called they apologize and said they will send the right parts this time. I asked to verify its really 2-5/8"W, they did.

I waited 10 days, and then been notified by my bank that they refund me the order why?
I called zoro and apparently, they do not even have that part, and never sent it (10 days ago) and of course did not think to tell me so I wont waste my time.

Of course they refund me the wrong amount (did not refund shipping as their policy is not to define shipping, even if they are not shipping anything! Really?)

So basically its a company that charge you for parts they do not have and charge you for shipping even when they do not ship anything, or ship the worn part, and of course does not care your time, so not care enough to tell you about it.
After I scream about it, they said they will refund the whole thing.

I will never buy in Zoro.com anymore, many other stores that care about customers...
