Stay away from any rental at LAKELAND VILLAGE in S Lake Tahoe. I was told by the front desk I could have an early check in. We arrived early and Vacasa would not allow it. The room was clean and empty. There was NO REASON GIVEN. Once in the room was dirty and had maintenance issues.

Do not believe any pictures when ordering from them. My dog passed and my husband spent $150 to have a custom statue of her done. She was a GREY (blue nose) pit bull. They sent us a brown lab looking dog that looked a 4 year old painted it. It is scratched and not even hard! The clay is still soft. This dollar store statue looks NOTHING like the pictures they were sent.

Coinbase allowed the equivalent of $200k in coins to be stolen from my families account. We are a military family and that was our savings. We got a new iPhone that we were simply verifying our pro account on and somehow within 20min the 2 factor Authenticator was hacked on Coinbase and our entire wallet was transferred. Not once did Coinbase verify this transaction. When we realized the 2 factor Authenticator wasn't working right we emailed Coinbase to shut the account down. They did not do it in time. Coinbase would NOT REPLY for almost 5 days. All they said was somehow the email was changed on the account. Not once was an email sent to the old account stating this and all the hacker had to do was change some settings. After stating that the email was changed Coinbase then said they would not tell us anything else without a subpoena. Not once did we give out our password or email during any phishing attempt and our phone and computers used to login were never hacked. How did this happen?

The day after our account was drained Coinbase did send out a vague email that they had an issue with transactions on the day we happened to get hacked. Coinbase won't acknowledge that email at all.

It is VERY EASY TO HACK COINBASE AND FOR YOUR ENTIRE WALLET TO BE STOLEN. Coinbase will not help you or take accountability when it happens.

I ordered about $350 in groceries that were scheduled to be delivered from 3-4pm. At 430pm I started a chat. Well, it seems that with the new app that merged the online orders and the grocery orders, they don't have a clue what is happening. The chat and then customer service person I called literally refused to get a supervisor for me when they both told me they couldn't find my order with the number. This was funny because I can see my order on my app and the store had emailed me my grocery substitutions… however these customer support people located in another country can't find my order and I was told it was a ghost order. Umm, my credit card was charged $350 for this fake order!? The fact that Walmart is training their low level, first contact people to not allow you to get to a supervisor is pretty terrifying. I'll have to call my credit card company now because customer support never found my groceries … and I have no idea what I'm cooking the kids for dinner!

I have dealt with Griffin when I contacted customer support about my items arriving broken - $400 worth. It has been 6 weeks since I was promised a replacement. I was just told, "it will be escalated to the concerned team. What does that even mean? This company produces low quality items and has no customer support.
