I am so dissapointed with this company. I chatted with someone online who said that if I paid more money I could get the ENL feature which is a writer who a phD. I requested a critical critique and what I received was garbage. It was clearly written by a high school student and yet I paid 47 dollars for it. When I complained about it they refused to give me my money back. Do not use this service. They are unethical and it is false advertising. Good luck!
