Ordered spa end of June, received it Oct 28. Yes, shipping took forever. At this time, this is receiving two stars because unlike most reviews, customer service has been very good with me and quick to respond. I have spoken with them through emails and over the phone. However, my spa does not work. We had someone come and check the outlet, which is in working order, and yet the GFI continues to trip on the cord. AquaRest asked me to call the manufacturer, which, at this time, is who I am frustrated with. I have left messages and sent a message through the website for the manufacturer and no response. This may be getting returned for my money back. 2
