I paid $250 for a consultation for 1 hour and had to end it within a half hour because Gilles was horrible. He was discouraging and had no interest or intent on helping me. He was negative before even hearing the full story. He also never gave me any advice. I didn't pay 250 for a lending ear. He then basically told me that he was too expensive for me.

I immediately called the the firm back and asked to speak with a different attorney or to get a refund since I didn't receive a full consultation or any advice. Instead they put on some girl who's job was to scream and over talk you. Her job is to literally try to intimidate you. She kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me to speak. She also wouldn't allow me speak to anyone else either. It appears as if they do this all the time because she was ready. On top of all that she projected her behavior onto me. She was unprofessional and extremely rude.

The only result from this interaction was that my money was taken without rendering any service. That's considered theft thus I'm reporting them to the bar association.
