I was initially quite pleased with my black house-number sign, but after about a year and a half, it had gotten badly rusted. This was clearly no surprise to them as they had a Frequently Asked Questions section devoted to this very issue. They instructed to e-mail with photos documenting the situation, which I did. The initial e-mail bounced back as being "too large," so I resent it deleting all but two photos and much text, but still clearly documenting the situation. This apparently did not bounce back, but I still received no reply. After 10 days with no response, I e-mailed again to inquire why I hadn't heard back, and I also repeated this query via their proprietary in-house messaging service (which allows for no photos...). To date, nearly a month later I have received zero response. Just infuriating, really, particularly inasmuch as they are clearly aware of the issue and purport to be willing to remedy it.
