I've done business with PowerMax for over 15 years. I've bought many computers from them. They were a great company and I recommended them to all my friends and family. In December of 2017 I bought a new computer from Powermax and decided to try out their trade in program. They offered me $710.00 for my used computer. I agreed to the offer, and as soon as I got my new computer, I sent them my old one (which was in immaculate shape) in its original box and packing materials. I was promised that my credit card would be credited with the money with two weeks of them receiving my computer. As this is written, it has been 8 weeks. Their phones are cut off, my emails are ignored. The three times I did manage to talk to someone, I was given the runaround. They have obviously closed their doors and pulled down the shades.
I just want either the money owed me or my old computer back.
