Wow, worst customer service I've ever experienced! Not only were the support emails extremely vague, but in every one they blamed me for the issues with their new site and never once apologized or said we'll look into it.
Apparently they also do not like customers having the last word either. My last reply I suggested turning the info I gave them over to a tech support and was told it's not their fault but mine. Go create another account! I was told this 5 times!
Why in the world would anyone recommend these people? I went to them because of EFF.org, but there's no way I'm creating another account with them.
