Do not use Dial800.com. Highly unethical company. They claim they provide 'concierge service' but they are anything but that level of service. Tim Wald says that "Our Concierge service is customer focus above and beyond." Profits and poor customer service is what their focus is all about. Use other cheaper and more reputable call routing services like Kall8 or Invoca.
