“Still waiting for order over a month”

I was so excited and pre- ordered this hair. However, I am still waiting over one mine for my hair to arrive! Three times, I email KinkyCurlyYaki and the response is always to wait 2 weeks later because of COVID, the location is in Canada, there are strict policies, yada, yada,... I am requesting a Full refund! A representative tells me it's arriving late ONLY when I email them first! No good!
