I purchased suspenders from a user on this site that was declared conform and I was excited to receive it. Once I received the item I knew immediately they were fake. I contacted customer service and they said to ship the item back to them. I did and they returned it to me saying they were indeed authentic. I tried to get rid of the item by selling them on poshmark and they were returned to me as fake. I then tried to consign the item at the real real and they were returned as fake. So I resold the item back online to vestaire to a diff client to get rid of the forsaken suspenders! Please know your items and what you are purchasing! You have to be aware that vestaire customer service is not great like Rebag or the real real when it comes to authentication. Also get a third party to look at the item before you purchase or send the items pictures online to be authenticated. Be safe proceed with caution than be sorry!
