Was told I would be given a discount on my title service fees, but was then told later that was not the case until I refused to close the deal. This title insurance company located in Parma, Ohio is overpriced and much more expensive than the reputable, established businesses. Poor communication, many errors and delays made me wish I had chosen a different title insurance company. This title company is new, lacks customer service and is subpar at best. I reccomend when dealing with any real estate transaction, stay away from this company and definitely do business with an established, reputable title insurance company.

Went for dinner, had fantastic service. Food was delicious, we were seated with a gorgeous view and the atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely be back for a show!
