I had bought a Boox Note e-reader device through this store for around 600 dollars. I was quite happy with the purchase except that the stock stylus felt cheap. I saw that they also sell what they marketed as "a premium pen for e-readers (including mine)" which I proceeded to purchase for 50 USD including shipping. The problem was that the pen I had received was defective, it wouldn't calibrate well to the device and kept drawing random stuff. I contacted the store and they instructed me to adjust some settings, which didn't resolve the problem, then they just went silent and stopped responding to my emails when I requested to return the product.

I had purchased a classic aluminium wallet when they first launched. Months went by and I didn't receive it, so I reached out and they sent me a replacement for free! The wallet was really good, very well built, excellent quality, far exceeded my expectations. But to my surprise my previous order arrived few days later, so I reached out to them and offered to return it and pay the shipping fees, they just asked me to keep it!

It just so happened that a friend of mine was getting married and I couldn't attend his wedding due to COVID, so I sent him the wallet as a gift (I told him I got it for free - I still feel cheap!) and he loved it so much that he went on to order a custom carbon fibre one a year later.

Bought a rugged case for my Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra with few clip on attachments. One of the attachments simply broke during replacement, and they refuse to honor the warranty.

Piece of expensive rubbish plastic.
