Supposedly delivered on December 6, with tracking information and everything but we all know that can be manufactured. In January I had tried to reach company by email, no response. Had to file complaint via PayPal to get response. They told me to contact the shipping company. So very poor service overall, I'm pretty sure I won't be getting my dress or my money.
