I have scammed about 40 BTC by fake cloudmining companies. I have get contacted with T&H Consulting for the recovery process after I have seen their trustpilot / sitejabber score.
At June 2021 I have talked with Mr. Pedro several times. He told me that they will prepare BTC trace report and they will find the scammers and if they cant find they will get in touch with brokers which the scammers have been used and request compensation from them according to international KYC rules an a negotiator. So he persuaded me to make the front payment (1.000 GBP)
And he mentioned that I can share the report with local police department, but I told him that I cant get any result by Police. And All recovery process will be finished in average of 3 months.
Just to complete the report took nearly 5 months. Afterwards Mr. Alex told me that I have to start a legal procedure and send them official documents and case number. I have completed what they told me. But at the end they told me that the brokers wont care what they say and request and they talk that I have to go on with local police, there is nothing to do by their company.
So I have paid 1.000 GBP for a trace report (at that time I had an offer for BTC trace report for 200 USD).
I have lost lots of time and money and there is nothing at the end.

Than he requested to open an account at bitpay and he told me to give 12 secret recovery word and I did. Afterwards he requested me to send a big amount of money to my bitpay account. It was really funny. Ofcourse I didn't and told him to send my upfront payment back but he didn't. Just be aware of alexishandlertech. I just wanted to warn you not to loose more money to him.

Same scam story. He request to open blockchain account, and takes password to sencronize the account for recovery. But he takes 12 recovery secret word wich he can access my account in all conditions. Than he tolds to change password and activate 2fa. Then he request money to that account money to activate the recovery. Than he access account with 12 word secret phrase and steals all money. He has stolen 450 usd from me.

At 2016 I have scammed 40 btc by 4 cloud mining companies. (I learnt that they were Ponzi but it was too late).
I heard about recovery services. I talked several companies. But most of them request front payment. Some of them doesnt but they have bad reviews, and it may be lost of time to go on with them.
Funds-Recovery (Payback, Moneyback same.) has the best reviews between the companies i chacked and shared my problem.
They request 2.500 EUR as front payment, They quarantee success and take the %70 of my loose back as BTC.
But 2.500 EUR is big money for me i dont want to be scammed again. I need your advice and if there is anybody whom had experience with them before can please get in touch with me?

Please forward your complaint to our customer representative department through the support@tandhconsult.com email address or by calling us. However, we would like to clarify some issues regarding the service you purchased. As you are already aware, we have delivered everything as promised and much more pro bono. The agreement which you had signed included a BTC report which was already provided to you and 30 minutes of consultation. In addition, we also provided you with multiple contact letters and even follow up letters to the exchanges. The agreement did not state that the recovery process would take 3 months, as crypto cases are unpredictable.
As we had mentioned to you at the beginning, tracing these coins could take a long time and recovering them could even be longer, therefore, we did not give you an exact time frame due to such cases nor a guarantee. As we have already provided the services mentioned in the agreement which also included extra services, we kindly ask you to reconsider your review about our behaviour or to call us so we can resolve the issue that is frustrating you.
