I am in Israel and before buying they told me twice that the DHL shipping would take max 5 days. However after 16 days it was still in Germany and they told me that Dhl says it takes 20 days! If i had knew that i had not ordered it so they give false info. I consider to cancel it

The item was still in the warehouse on the 26/12 and i sent two mails saying i am in Israel and use a forwarder.the next day i phone them on 4am but they refused to change address. Later i chat with them and she told me her boss said it cannot be done for a security reason of stealing fear. You can look at my mails that came with the same purchase email. Very bad experiance
