Placed an order on 1/3/2022 for over $50.00 As to this day, I still have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails, and finally I was able to locate a phone number, but their reps are always busy. And no one ever calls back. Buyer beware!

Purchased a curling iron from this company, they say that items will be shipped with in 2 days, and they will send you a tracking number. 2 weeks, my items still have not been shipped. I wish I had known about this site before I ordered. All the reviews on their site were high ratings... hummmm. I had ordered 2 items from this company.One was out of stock, but they still charged my credit card, and told me I can't get a refund, that I will need to order something else. The item I did get looks nothing like the picture. Very cheaply made, some of the seams weren't even finished off. Emailed them, telling I want a refund on BOTH items. No response.
