Purchased a package for my son through their website. Never received the lives in game. Website instructs you to find a mod in game to resolve any issues. Mods were unable to help, most are just kids that have been 'promoted' to mod status. Emailed their customer service as well as PayPal contact. Never got a response or the items purchased. Finally had to dispute the charge in PayPal and as a result my son was BANNED from the server. What kind of legitimate business runs such a shady business model? Avoid giving this website/minecraft server your money. There are plenty of other similar PVP servers that are honest and trustworthy. AVOID SMOOTHPVP.COM
