Bought two Buoyant Fairfield Sofas. Started pulling as soon as arrived. Sent out Homeserve who said it wasn't a manufacturing fault. It was sitting on the sofa that caused the issue. Yes thats true. I shouldn't be sitting on them. Clayton's Carpets now refuse to engage with me over this report which was about one line that he wanted me to sign. It's now five months on and I am getting an indepent report as these guys are useless. Yes don't buy a sofa to sit on. It causes bad pilling issues. My couch looks old and I wish I'd kept my old one which I could sit on and the one before that I sat upon etc. These guys are cowboys don't let them into your home.
