I ordered five items from this company in early November. I have not received two of them which were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I have sent numerous emails to them inquiring about the status and I continue to get poorly articulated responses that basically say "a customer case agent will review my order inquiry shortly." Then, they never do, and I have heard nothing from them. Their customer service is sorely lacking, and I feel I have no options other than cancelling payment via my credit card. I would urge potential buyers to run away from this company as quickly as possible.
