I ordered a "free" sample in August for the NutraSlim Green Coffee detox and their Green Coffee Detox. The 2 bottles came in one 6.4 oz package and I was charged $6.89 and $6.91, allegedly for shipping. In September there were two charges on my credit card $44.84 and $44.87. In October I again had two charges $44.83 and $44.87; this time I received 2 small packages. These were unauthorized charges and I called the company to resolve the problem. I said in September I was charged for a product I had not received and I want my account credited for all 4 charges. I also said I'm going to return the two packages. The customer service agent said I didn't receive anything in Septeber because they had a problem with shipping that month, also if I return the 2 boxes I'm responsible for the postage AND I will be credited for the product minus $34 dollars for reshelving. I said I'm not paying to return a product that I didn't order. He again told me my credit card would be reimbursed minus the $34 for reshelving. I told him that I'll then resolve it with my credit card company and I did.
