After washing machine drum failure; bearing seal failure, main board burn up, all after just 4 years. The customer service from Haier is like talking to a wall. The reps are ignorant and provide no information. The retailer indicated that any new GE appliance will fail in the first 2 years and you should buy an extended warranty for $450. That on top of the $700 purchase price. I think you should not buy Chinese crap products any more. I won't. I am adding a large window sticker to my truck stating, "DON'T BUY GE / HAIER MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE ALL GARBAGE". If you decide to work on the washer yourself, cover all the edges of the sheet metal inside the unit. If you do not, you run the risk of sever injury and tetanus from the razor sharp / unfinished sheet metal parts. It is just the $hi# engineering you get from Chinese run manufacturing companies.

Tip for consumers:
Don't trust the information on the site. Errors that are pointed out to staff are ever fixed. Don't bother filling out their survey or leaving a review on the GE site if you are not happy. They will just remove it. They lack honesty or ethics.
