Purchased Night Owl 4 camera system from Costco. Package clearly showed Audio capability. It wasn't till the system was completely installed that it became apparent there is NO Audio capability. This was an extensive and expensive installation to complete, so I could not simply pull out the unit and return to Costco. Attempted to contact Night Owl and they refused to respond. Then, experienced connectivity problems with remote software for my PC. Again, attempted to obtain support - Zero. Recently tested them with the simplest question of all "which version of remote software is your most current?" Again, no response except the same thing they always do which is send an email asking for ALL my registration information again and again... it's all the same stuff they require when you first register the product, though they act like they don't have it. I fell for this a couple times then stopped, since they never respond Except that usually they send an email a week later asking me how Great their support was. It should be noted that Costco stopped carrying this in their store.
