Shocking confrontational customer service. I ordered a car and was advised that the interior would be a particular colour (on quote and order confirmation email). It arrived with a different colour (lower spec and price) and the company simply do not care, are very argumentative and confrontational and simply pass the buck on to CAP saying it was their error. Would strongly suggest that you spend a little more and go with a reputable firm. It appears they have the lowest prices and lowest service. Suppose you get what you pay for…

If you choose a car and colour scheme don't use Nationwide as the car you get might differ from what they advise you will get! Be warned…
