We haven't gone on holiday yet but we've only just got our itinerary 10 days before leaving for the southern states of America. The highlight of our holiday staying in the Bourbon Hotel French quarter New Orleans. We've paid in full but now we are in the Hilton instead, a cheaper, uncharismatic, non equivalent to what we've booked. No notice, no refund, not even an explanation and certainly not good enough!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t trust them, if they can change your holiday at the last minute after you’ve paid for it they shouldn’t be used. You don’t order and pay for a Rolls Royce and accept a Ford.

My wife returned a dress with all paperwork included and had a tracking number plus proof of delivery back to Guess. They are saying they haven't received it and will not refund her. Don't deal with this ungenuine company.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t deal with Guess, if they don’t accept proof that they’ve taken money from your bank and proof of return via a tracking number then they are obviously unscrupulous cowboys. Beware!!!

I thought I was on the Hilton Buenos Aires site, offered a price with a buy now button but Invoice came through at 3x more. Including getarooms taxes and charges which were 33% at $166.
Absolutely conned!

As regular cruisers we booked a special holiday from the U. K. to cruise Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina in a suite with comparable hotels in Rio and Buenos Aires.
Our direct flight was cancelled without compensation, paperwork incorrect, transfers didn't arrive but most of all out hotel in Buenos Aires can only be described as a squat. Take a look at the photos and try not to laugh out loud.
