I had ordered some cute shoes online and it wasn't until about a month later that I realized I wouldn't be getting my $80 purchase. It had been "lost in transit" FOUR times over three months. (Yeah, I'm sure?) I reported them to the better business bureau. They claimed they couldn't give me a refund because the shoes supposedly been shipped off already but as soon as I mentioned reporting them to the BBB I got my money back. Overall, $#*! Ty experience and awful customer service. -10/10 do not recommend
