Placed an order 4/3/20. I inquired on 5/13 via email. Since then there have been multiple email exchanges, each offering a different excuse, one telling me that shipping takes 8-20 days. Well folks, we are now approaching 60 days. The tracking number they sent shows no activity on the order since 4/24. One email they sent gave me return instructions indicating I would have to pay for the return. I have yet to figure out how to return something I have never received. I see that there are complaints on this site for the items I ordered as well, so apparently they were just trying to make money off the global pandemic. Disgraceful.
