I am reiterating what this customer said and copying the review. PLEASE do not try to buy something from them. They did the same thing below to me and I ended up THROWING OUT the item out of frustration.
"Co. Will ARGUE with you back & forth for nearly a dozen emails to try to convince you to not return an item to them. They actually suggested I sell or donate the dress, whose sizing was WAY off from their description, because it'd be too expensive to return to China. I had to ask them at least 6-10 times for their return address before they gave it to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Horrible customer service & return policies.
Absolutely will never order from here again. I ordered Larges and they would fit a pre-teen. Fabric is crummy. Return policy is ridiculous with having to send pictures with measurements of each item and then they tell you that it is the correct measurement.
A nice girl, Madison, tried to help me with dozens of e-mails, but in the end, the postage will cost more than the product. I will just take these to Goodwill and forfeit the money.
Beware, buyers. Not what it appears to be.
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT order from here. Takes forever to get the product. It came in a bag with the products rolled up and was bursting at the seams from the tiny envelop they stuffed it in to.
