I placed an order before Christmas hoping it would arrive in time. Item did not show up. I sent an email inquiring about the package at the December 31 2016, took owner 12 days to respond, saying the package was shipped Dec. 2, and to let her know if the item has not shown up. I responded saying item has not arrived as of January 11,2017. Did not hear back. Sent another email on January 19,2017. Heard back January 20,2017 saying they will reship the item with a tracking number. That was the last time I heard from this store. I do not know if the item was ever re-shipped, I know I did not receive a refund. I have then sent 2 more emails on February 3rd and February 14th, no reply to either. Store seemed apologetic at the start, but now not so sure... Save yourself the trouble. Now I have a heart broken teenage girl who is out a matching present for herself and her best friend!

Placed an order 2 weeks before Christmas, said it was 2-3 day shipping. The "processing" took over a week, so I canceled the order. It is now February 9 and I am still waiting for my refund! I have sent numerous "tickets" regarding my order and get the run around every time! I will never place an order with this company again, not worth the headache.
