I recently received a gift for my birthday. It's the wrong size. All I wanted to do was exchange it for the right size. They keep telling me they can't find any of the information pertaining to the order. Waiting for return labels never got them. Won't let me talk to a supervisor and they tell me if I can return it I'll have to get a gift card and reorder. They certainly don't care about their customers. I work retail never of had such a hard returnI don't even want to give them a one but it doesn't get any lower
