I had to cancel my booking due to Covid-19 pandemic travel difficulties today just to be told that my £25 deposit I have prepaid will be held as a cancellation fee. Unethical scam company who take advantage with hidden T&C policy to rip people off for service they haven't even provided to me. Very immoral act especially in this difficult times with Covid-19 when people are with tight finances and struggling. I will be updating review platforms and write a written complaint to trading standatds Gov bodies to alarm them as others about rentalscar.com scum policy style of operation. I will never ever use them in future or recommend to anyone to use them as they are not honest towards customers and are no any different than a common scam websites. I hope the guys who stand behind this scam website will read my review as they should be ashamed of themselves and trully wish them that they will be out of business very soon hopefully.
