This firm was dishonest, changed contract terms, outsourced their long haul to terrible partners, will stop taking your calls when you are trying to make a claim, will hold your household goods hostage for cash payments and out and out lie about their service. We experienced tremendous damage, the drivers and helpers were completely unprofessional. DO NOT use this company. We complained to BBB and they should not be in business

I used Wells Fargo for a home mortgage loan that was 75% down on the home. I had a horrible experience with them. They were not transparent, used teaser rate that then went up when they came up with issues that raised the rate and charged fees that were inappropriate. The loan officer went MIA the last week of financing contingency and we almost lost our $100,000 down payment. We finally decided that enough is enough with the horrible process and lack of transparency, went to a new lender who closed in 20 days. Do not work with Wells. They are dishonest and put you through a horrible experience.
