I submitted my question--made payment with my cc and never got my solution. Tried reaching customer service and total silence. It's been 3 days now and still nothing. I feel like they stole my money and now asking for a refund and can't get in touch with anyone.

Tip for consumers:
Do not recommend you purchase anything from them.
