After raising my concerns about the product I ordered with My3dSelfie, they contacted with me and voluntarily offered remaking my ordered figurine with the better, more expensive material because they value my feedback and wants to retain me as their lifetime customer. I am very delighted about their offer and accepted it. Hopefully, their remade product will meet my satisfaction and I will become not only their lifetime customer but also become an ambassador for their brand to spread the good words about their product and their customer service.
Tip for consumers:
This company show its responsible growth and put their customers' benefits as top of their mission. I highly recommend ordering products from them.
